An art showcase by UAE artist inspired by Dubai author's book

The opening day on April 9 will feature an interactive live painting session, where UAE-based artists will create exclusive black-and-white artworks in real-time inspired by the quotes from the book.

Renaissance Business Bay, a beacon of creativity and cultural immersion along the Dubai Water Canal, is proud to announce an exclusive art group exhibition in collaboration with acclaimed author and journalist Purva Grover. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Dubai’s business and cultural district, the exhibition will take place from April 9 to April 20, 2025, celebrating the interplay of literature and visual storytelling.

Themed “#icouldhavebeenaninstapost”, this exhibition invites art lovers and culture enthusiasts to explore the evocative world of black and white. Drawing inspiration from Purva Grover’s book of the same title, the participating artists will present a striking collection of artworks that delve into themes of self-reflection, honesty, and human connection. While black and white will dominate the exhibition, select colorful pieces will provide an artistic contrast, emphasizing the depth of storytelling through visual expression.

The group art exhibition is being organized by art gallery Noora the Divine Spark, curated by art curator Bhairavi Mistry in collaboration with author Purva Grover.

The exhibition will be inaugurated by a distinguished Emirati professional artist, alongside other notable Emirati artists, offering an engaging platform for cultural exchange on 9th April. The opening day will feature an interactive live painting session, where UAE-based artists will create exclusive black-and-white artworks in real-time inspired by the quotes from the book.
